I did some research and found Glen through an endorsement ELP with Dave Ramsey. He was ON TOP of things and went above and beyond to serve me in managing 4 different properties that were being rented out throughout the process of handling my fathers estate. Being an executrix in another state, he went to court hearings, handled the finances, took care of the properties, and then went on to help sell both properties within a VERY reasonable timeline, advising me the whole way. With such a complex situation, he was very understanding and helpful in ways I could not be more grateful having been states away, none of this would have been possible. He did more than a Property Management and Realtor normally would and I HIGHLY recommend him and Stacey. It is not easy loosing someone as incredible as my Dad, but having their support made this very complex situation much more manageable. I had direct access to them anytime I had a question, I got a response within 24 hours. Super helpful and incredibly involved. Could not say enough about them!

I cannot speak more highly of Glenn and his team. I live in Lancaster County and was selling my father's house (estate sale). He handled everything from start to finish despite some very challenging circumstances that occurred due to the massive flooding that Berks County had. I am so glad I used Glenn. He has integrity, he is optimistic, and he did a fantastic job.
