Glenda Koda is the most professional and extremely proficient agent; as she guided me step by step, all way to closing on the house I sold. She routinely communicated and kept me updated throughout the process and provided her advice when asked. After our home was on the market for 9 months with a different realtor, Glenda took over and we were under contract in 2 weeks! Glenda is professional and lays out all the comps and numbers to help you price your home correctly. She is diligent with potential buyers and communicates regularly and effectively. Her relationship with her clients is honest and genuine. In addition to her client relationships, her relationships with other realtors is solid. It is evident that other realtors know and respect Glenda! This avoids a lot of nonsense when it comes time to make a serious deal.
