John and Tracy Turner went above and beyond in assisting us to find the right home. I first met Tracy and John back in August 2021 at WOC. I was visiting the area and church with a friend. Both my friend and I began working with them the following month. They’ve been working hard for months helping my now husband and I find a home. Living in another state, unable to travel often to look at homes requires 100% confidence in your realtor. Tracy and John did many FaceTime showings with us. We actually purchased our home while on our honeymoon! Their professional guidance made the experience seamless and we were confident they were working in our best interest. I would HIGHLY recommend Christine Bailey. She genuinely cared about helping me find the very best home for me and preparing my current home for getting on the market. Christine truly listened to everything I was looking for, was very patient with all my questions, super easy to communicate with and a joy to be around when house hunting.

I randomly met Christine at an open house and explained I didn't know the best way to go about selling my house and buying one at the same time and she said she had a few options and would be happy to discuss them with me. I took her card and emailed her my questions and she was very knowledgeable and not pushy so I trusted my gut and kept working with her and am so glad I did.

Candy Crimm has been our realtor for almost a year. She quickly learned just what I was looking for in a new home as well as what my husband required in another home, which was not an easy task since my husband and I had different tastes.
She is always responsive when I text or call her. I never have to wait for a reply from Candy. She is always accessible day and night and weekends. She is quite amazing as a realtor but she goes much farther than that. She became a friend and one that I would call to cry on her shoulder when we would lose bids on homes. Candy Crim was the realtor that showed us a house we need to walk through. We had intended to go with another realtor friend but after meeting with her and watching her interact with my family, I knew she was perfect. She noted so much about our family to not only see our structural needs for a house but to learn about our family’s personality. I thought it would take several months to find a home to love, Laura Jones took every bit of feedback I gave on houses and dialed it in perfectly within two weeks. I was absolutely blown away. As an introvert myself, I dreaded having to contact a realtor. Once we started talking to Laura Jones on the phone and in person I really felt silly for dreading starting the process. Laura definitely seemed more like a friend helping you find the perfect home than anything else.

If you are reading this review I recommend giving Laura a call. The concept that the process of searching for a home is very DIY until you are ready to make an offer is very much a lie. We were very grateful to get Laura. She found twice as many amazing homes for us than we found in five months of searching. The great houses go really fast and you need someone like Laura on the inside to be on top of those new listings for you.

Seriously. She will not disappoint.

If you need a realtor, contact Jonathan ASAP! We’ve looked at about 10 homes in the past couple days. He’s dealt with me being SO PICKY ABOUT EVERYTHING and hasn’t complained once. He sends links to every home he sees that matches what we’re looking for and some even BEFORE they even hit the market. He takes notes of EVERYTHING & points out things I wouldn’t even think to look for. While keeping a smile on his face of course. Tonight we got to go look at a house within 30 minutes of deciding we wanted to look at it (even though he was just there with me an hour before). He literally never stops. I don’t have enough words to explain how amazing & patient he is. Hands down the best realtor to exist.

Where do I start?! Brian Williams and I have done so much in the almost 2 years that we have known each other and I am excited about the future.
