Glenn Sveum is the simply THE BEST! I’ve worked with a dozen realtors in my life and he outshines all of them by miles. Glenn worked with my husband and I for over a year to sell a difficult property. He gave us many pointers and suggestions that were extremely helpful during the renovation. Because of his extensive knowledge of the area, Glenn was able to provide the perfect price point for the listing. This helped draw much interest. The property sold well over what we expected in a much shorter time frame than we had hoped for.

The things I like most about Glenn are that he is extremely honest, trustworthy, sincere, down-to-earth, personable and a hard worker. He responds to emails and texts within minutes. He always does what he says he’ll do by when he says he’ll do it. He’s also preceptive, prepared, intelligent, kind, and highly experienced with the ability to predict potential pitfalls and head them off at the pass. He’s always upbeat and super easy to deal with on any issue. He goes far above and beyond what most any realtor would do. Here are some examples: He offered to lend us his trailer to move the junk left by our tenant. Since we were long distance owners, he often came to the property when we couldn’t be there to do little things that needed to be done. He climbed up on the roof on a 100 degree day to look at the swamp cooler. He took dozens of photos with a drone and even a game camera. He paid for a photographer to take a professional video of the property to which he added music. He borrowed a bench from his parents to put on our front porch to make it look more inviting. He provided contacts for inspections. He was very intentional with sign placement. He wrote a perfect property description for the listing because he sat on the front porch and allowed himself to be inspired by the place.

Glenn provided a comprehensive and extremely successful selling experience for us. Whether you are buying or selling, you can’t go wrong with Glenn Sveum.

Glenn is by far the best realtor I have ever worked with. During my entire real estate transaction, he was professional, honest, and very knowledgeable. But, what also sets him apart, is that he will go to great lengths to ensure he has helped his client make the transaction as smooth as possible without reservation.

At one point when I was leaving for a trip and had no time to complete a few tasks, he handled them for me- which was a huge relief. He also got on the roof with the inspector to observe the roof status personally. I could cite a few other examples, but you get the idea.

While there are a lot of good realtors out there, this guy is truly outstanding.
