Gloria Fowles

Gloria Fowles was born and raised in Clay County and returned here in 1992 after graduating college with a degree in accounting and business administration and working for a few years in Atchison and Leavenworth. She worked in the accounting field with several CPA Firms until 2001. In 2001 she and her husband purchased a title company which she managed and ran until 2009. She then became the broker of Homestead Real Estate which was established in 2009. Until that time real estate sales had been a part time side job working under different brokers in the area. She enjoys working in the business with her husband, Brad.

Gloria’s favorite part of the job is helping young people find their first home.
