It was a chance meeting, that I met Grace Sales and discussed real estate. I had already met and talked to several other realtor about selling our property. Grace stood out from the rest. Her professional, enthusiasm and knowledge sold us on Grace. We followed Grace's advice every step of the way, and sold our house $85K over asking price. Lastly our the sale was finalized in just over 30 days from listing.

I am extremely fortunate to have found Grace Sales when I was looking for a place in Hawaii. Grace helped us find the right place in the beautiful and quiet neighborhood in Maui Lani. She was very detailed agent and has thorough knowledge of the place, projected growth, and comparable in the area. She is not pushy and did not misled me in choosing the place and the amount of the house. She was transparent in every request and provided pros and cons.

Grace provides us good advice based on her previous clients experience and laid out any possibilities that could happen during the inspections period up to the closing. She had a great knowledge of the surrounding area and knew exactly what we need especially we have small kids.

Grace was very responsive and attentive to our needs and always available when we needed her to be. She has a good network including handy man and solar installation, and local furniture center.

Even the transaction was completed and we closed the property within the target date, Grace consistently communicates with us. Not only I found a great agent but a friendship that will continue to grow.
