About Graciela

Born and raised in Barcelona, Spain. Received an Architectural Degree from the "Escuela Técnica Superior de Arquitectura de Barcelona" in 1974.

Started the professional career in Tehran, Iran in 1975, in a Persian consulting firm as part of an International Team of Architects until 1979.

Moved to Dallas, Texas in April of 1980 to manage the Real Estate Investments of a Barcelona-based multinational Corporation.

In August of 1986 established Avangard Real Estate Services, Inc., initially dedicated to educate and serve first time homebuyers, and developing, throughout the years, into a full service Commercial and Residential Brokerage and Development House.

Fluent in English, Spanish, Catalan, French and Italian.

Recipient of the 2005 HOPE Leadership Award of the National Association of Realtors.
