Grae Simmons

Born and raised in North Carolina, Grae brings 12 years of Marketing Management to the Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage Team. A graduate of UNC-Greensboro with a B.A. in Marketing, she left her home state for colder climates to pursue a career in Entertainment industry, honing her skills as a Tour Marketing Manager for AEG Live and Live Nation. Longing for the warm sunshine and the company of her close-knit family, Grae decided to come back home to Wilmington, N.C. The experience she gained as a marketing manager has been an invaluable pairing with Real Estate. Grae is enthusiastic about the North Carolina Coast and helping individuals and families find their own little piece of paradise. She looks forward to helping clients get to know the area and all it has to offer.
