Graziela graduated from Pontifical Catholic University of Rio Grande do Sul (PUCRS) with a Bachelor’s Degree in Languages, specializing in Translation Studies. Her academic background further strengthened her communication skills, cultural understanding, and ability to work seamlessly with an international clientele.
Prior to joining ONE Sotheby’s International Realty in 2022, Graziela was the owner and broker of Realtus International, a real estate brokerage and services company headquartered in downtown Hollywood. In 2017, she transitioned to Sellstate Partners Realty to further elevate the concierge-style, sales-focused experience she provides to her clientele. Her move to ONE Sotheby’s aligned naturally with her commitment to delivering luxury-level service backed by a globally recognized brand and powerful international network.
Having personally lived in multiple condominium communities throughout Miami, Miami Beach, and Hollywood, Graziela offers firsthand insight into the South Florida lifestyle and condominium market. She has represented clients in the sale, purchase, and rental of numerous residences and homes throughout the region, with particular expertise in Hollywood, where she currently resides.
Deeply invested in her community, Graziela also serves on the board of directors of her condominium association, dedicating her time and knowledge to enhancing the quality of life within her community and helping preserve and increase property values for residents.
