We had a personal connection with Greg - not just a name, text, and email behind an online personal, but we talked on the phone often.

The market is crazy right now and it helped a lot that Greg knows the area and what homes should go for, whether it was under or over priced and coached us all the way from looking at the house and how much to make the offer for. He definitely knew how we should make our offer to make it attractive to the seller. We were not the highest offer, but we won! His knowledge around the homes are also vast. He knew what to worry for in a house, whether or not we should even start making an offer.

Greg has helped me sell 3 houses and buy 3 houses. The one word I can use to describe Greg is amazing. The house Greg helped me buy had multiple offers and he was on top of it the whole time, which ultimately led to the sellers accepting my offer. Greg knows everything about everything. While exploring different houses on the market, Greg will point out anything that would be a concern in buying that house. He is honest and forthcoming. I had bought the house before selling the house I was living in, which is a little nerve racking. Greg was able to convince me not to worry and that there would be no issue selling my house. We listed the house at 1 o’clock on a Saturday and had 3 offers by 9 pm that night, 2 of which were over asking price. He was negotiating till around 1030 and finally got a great offer that was accepted. His negotiating power is incredible. You should know you are in good hands when you have Greg Brown representing you. I would recommend Greg to anyone and is by far one of the best realtors Fort Wayne has. I couldn’t trust anyone more than I do him.
