Patty is originally from St. Louis, but moved to Denver to attend the University of Denver where she studied Psychology. One of her strengths to the Team is her keen understanding of people. She has a talent for zeroing in on her clients wants and needs and uses that data to find a neighborhood and home completely suitable for her buyer and their family. Subsequently, since Patty has lived in the Denver area for over 35 years, she is extremely knowledgeable with all the history and nuances of the various neighborhoods. Whether she is working with clients in the Castle Pines area to Cherry Creek, Patty is all familiar with the school systems, shopping, and points of interest. This is very helpful, especially the relocation buyers coming to our fine city.
