About Greg

Greg grew up in Northern Michigan before spending over 20 years in San Francisco and Seattle, where his passion for real estate took root through investing. He relocated to the Carolinas to be closer to family and quickly fell in love with the communities he now proudly serves. What started as a decade of investing led naturally to earning his real estate license in both North Carolina and South Carolina — and four years in, he hasn't looked back.

Before real estate, Greg spent 20 years in marketing and operations with some of the world's most innovative companies, including Microsoft, SAP Concur, and Citrix. That background shapes everything about how he works. Greg approaches a listing the way a marketer approaches a product launch — starting with the right question: who is the ideal buyer? Understanding the demographics and lifestyle of the target buyer drives the photography, the story, the channels, and the creative — so listings don't just get exposure, they get the right attention.
