About Greg

Greg has lived on the Outer Banks since 1994. Originally from Virginia Beach, Va he has been visiting here since birth on a regular basis. His family history goes back to the early 1800’s on Hatteras Island in The Village where every ancestor was born. Many of his great-grandparents, great-great grandparents and other family members were Light House Keepers at The Cape Hatteras Light House when it was first built in 1802-1900. So I guess you could say that Greg and his family have been looking out for and guiding people here on the OBX for centuries.

Every member of his Mother’s side of the family was born in The Village of Hatteras or Kinakeet (now known as Avon). His father was from Virginia Beach/Norfolk area so the salt was in his blood early. As a kid he visited his Hatteras Village family often and grew to love the ocean, family lifestyle and the beach for all it has to offer. He is an avid surfer, sailor and fisherman who plans to spend the rest of his days here enjoying what salt life has to offer.

Greg attended UNC-Wilmington’s School of Business for four years. His business education has led him to the Real Estate Industry on the Outer Banks close to family, friends and the life style he enjoys at the beach.

A REALTOR on the Outer Banks since 2004, Greg loves helping people find that perfect dream home on the beach for personal use or investment reasons. He enjoys sharing what he loves most with others, the beach. As a longtime resident and knowledgeable local he is able to help clients buy, sell, and build real estate dreams here on the OBX in the smoothest fashion without all the hassles. We met Greg at an open house YEARS before we were prepared to move. He kept in touch and we called him first when we were ready to buy a house. He knows the area, the agents, history of the houses and he is a genuinely nice guy. We couldn't have asked for better. He really goes the extra mile for his clients - even after the sale goes through. Highly recommend.
