We enjoyed working with Greg to sell a vacant property. He did his homework to determine a good asking price and had great photos taken to show it off. We had an offer quickly and Greg helped us decided how to negotiate to get the best deal. He stayed on top of the paperwork to keep everything moving so we could close in 3 weeks. He was always quick to answer questions and promptly returned emails. Excellent experience.
