I did not expect the house to sell so quickly in the wintertime. This realtor hustled and sold it in 12 days... during deep winter!!! It sold for asking price!!!
If you want your house sold quickly and with minimum fuss (I was not in town when he sold it) this is the realtor to go with. I will use him again when I acquire another house.
