As a real estate broker of over 15 years, I have been given a special opportunity to help my clients make their dreams come true by assisting them in seeking out and finding the best home for their families. I pride myself on getting to know them beyond just their very basic housing needs but also to get to know their entire family and how I can find the perfect home in the perfect location, at a cost they are comfortable with. This can involve finding out about the available schools, that or is it close to their daily needs, possibly a daycare, that special doctor, or just the playground the kids can play at. To make myself even more valuable to my clients, I utilize my over 30 years of building experience as a general contractor. This gives me the chance to share my huge knowledge base on everything from basic home construction to the best way to heat and cool that new loft bedroom. Beyond construction, my skill sets include being licensed to complete HVAC work, electrical, roofing, networking, and much more. To summarize, I get great joy and satisfaction in helping my clients meet all of their real estate needs from beginning to end.
