About Greg

Greg Martin started leasing apartments in 2011. He was a top leasing agent by 2012. He then grew his business into sales and purchased his first investment property. Since then Greg has completed the commercial real estate program at Boston University, managed a portfolio over 500,000 SF of office and lab. He has represented both buyers and sellers on multi family transactions. He also has several land developments in permitting and under contract to become condos, high end single family, and high density multi family.
