About Greg
Greg Powers has been a full-time real estate agent and REALTOR® for 8 years, and have sold a variety of residential real estate, including single-family homes, condominiums, multifamily investment properties, mobile homes in parks and on their own land, and raw land. He's also currently working on certification as a commercial agent.
Although Greg grew up in Texas, he's lived in Manchester for over twenty years, has been married for the same period, and has three grown boys. he's an avid scuba diver along with his wife and has dabbled in songwriting (He even has a song on a compilation CD!). Greg is a proud supporter of The Way Home, an award-winning nonprofit agency based in Manchester dedicated to supplying an integrated approach to success in safe and affordable housing, as well as several other local non-profits. Greg has also volunteered with the Central High School Association of Music Supporters (CHAMPS) and is currently on the Development Committee for the Manchester Community Music School. And in June 2021 Greg was appointed as an alternate on the Manchester Zoning Board of Adjustment.
