Greg was absolutely FANTASTIC. During our entire process of relocating unexpectedly out of MD, he kept us appraised on everything that was going on. His knowledge of the process is unparalleled. The house that we were selling had an issue with the gas fireplace, that was working prior to vacating the home, and Greg arranged to have it repaired for us. My wife and I could not have asked for a more knowledgeable, friendly, flexible and courteous agent to represent our interests. We were living in the Philadelphia, PA area and Greg started out by showing us a variety of homes and locations to help us define the Frederick areas where we could be comfortable moving. After defining what we were looking for, he put us on listing updates that we received via email to keep us up-to-date on the local offerings and when we saw a property that looked promising he even previewed several and gave us feedback so we wouldn't need to make an unnecessary trip from Philly. Greg understood our wants and needs very well and when the house we finally bought came on the market, his knowledge of the market, his evaluation of the property, and even his opinion of the seller guided us to the point where we were able to respond quickly with a bid that was accepted, because as the seller mentioned The bid was just strong enough that he didn't need to consider others.
