Greg Spears

Greg Spears was born in Fayetteville, NC and attended Campbell University where he received a B.S. Degree in Sociology. Greg has been a commercial broker in North Carolina for the past 6 years. Previously, he developed Real Estate for himself and others since 1988. In addition, Greg also developed several car washes for various owners in North and South Carolina, and Virginia. During this time he gained a lot of experience in commercial real estate, in areas such as site selection, building design, construction, sub-contracting, business models for bank financing, and complete permitting process. Greg is also an avid sports fan and active member at Snyder Memorial Baptist Church.
