Greg is a very knowledgable and reliable realtor. We have used him to purchase our primary and a couple of investment properties. Because of his years of experience, he has a wealth of knowledge that is very helpful when looking at properties. He manages rentals and owns his own, so when looking for an investment rental property, he was able to help us determine the amount of work needed and what properties would be a sound investment. I really cannot say enough good things about our experience with Greg.
He helped is navigate our way with the selling of our properties in Fishtown with such a good spirit and expertise. Selling a house can be so stressful, with the getting it ready for photos and the showings interrupting your day to day life.
Greg helped mitigate that stress and went above and beyond for us. He is a great guy, with a great sense of humor and was easy to work with.
In short:
We would not work with any other realtor in Philadelphia but Greg. He's trustworthy and follows through and was able to deal with our stress and helped to turn it into excitement.
