My wife and I bought a shore house in a crazy market: made an offer, agreed to a price, got into attorney review and out of attorney review in less than 5 days, closed in 5 weeks. None of that would have happened without Greg's assistance and expertise.

Greg did a wonderful job for my wife and I when we decided to look at homes and ultimately purchase one in such a hot market. His knowledge of the area was crucial and his ability to provide thoughtful feedback when we made an offer was very calming for us in a high stress moment!

Once we had an agreement on price Greg's work only began! He took charge which was a great help to us in pushing for a quick close.

I would highly recommend Greg and will absolutely use him again!

I have worked with Greg on several real estate transactions both as the buyer and the seller. Greg is one of the most knowledgeable Real Estate agents I have worked with. His knowledge of the Real Estate market especially in the greater NJ Shore area is unmatched in my opinion.
