Gregory Rusch

I have been a real estate agent since 2006, licensed in Georgia till 2022, and licensed in NC from 2019 to the present. I now reside in New Bern, North Carolina. I was an investor, interior designer, store owner, elected city official, and a bed & breakfast owner. My previous life experiences contributed to my ability to be a successful real estate agent today. As an interior designer, I help envision people's dream homes. I now combine these businesses into one; offering my clients the complete package. If a client needs my services after they move into their new home, I am here to help. I also offer all my sellers free staging with each new listing. I work closely with sellers to advise them on how to best present their homes to potential buyers. My interior design reputation is based on customer service, satisfaction, referrals, and integrity.

I also use my creative skills in marketing, events, open houses, and networking. I seek knowledge and follow current trends in real estate by enrolling in continuing education classes and adapting new technology to better serve my clients. I strive to give great customer service and anticipate what my client's needs and expectations are before they occur.

I am interested in anything to do with homes. New construction, renovations, preservations, remodeling, investment properties, gardening, interior design, and staging. I simplify things in life and like to be surrounded by good people that love life.
