After graduating from Cedaredge High School in 1984 and an enlistment in the U.S. Army, Greg obtained a Degree in Electronics and began to work for the Department of Energy in Los Alamos, New Mexico. However, having grown up in Cedaredge watching his father Jim Stratman work and talk about the real estate business, it was only natural that he would obtain his Colorado real estate broker’s license. In 1994 he began working full time in the real estate business.
His wife Kristi, who was raised in southwest Kansas, first attended Kansas State University, then Manhattan Christian College, where she graduated with a degree in education. After working for six years as an administrative assistant in the Delta County School District, Kristi received her real estate brokers license in 2007. Together, Kristi and Greg have over 30 years of experience and have both listed and sold hundreds of properties throughout Western Colorado.
They are not just about assisting people with buying and selling homes. They are well versed and experienced with investment properties, commercial properties, and farm/ranch properties.
