I am genuinely passionate about real estate and the relationships it cultivates. As a Realtor it is imperative for me to understand what real estate means to each individual client. May it represent investment, lifestyle, stability, responsibility, independence, dependents, identity, creativity, community, priorities, compromises, accomplishments, recreation, legacy, career and life changes. As in all relationships, I value trust, respect and honest communication. I was born in a rural area of SW Minnesota. Brandon, SD is than where I spent a portion of my school years and graduated from Luverne, MN. I attended college at Worthington, MN earning my Nursing Degree. I worked as both Treatment and Charge Nurse, a Pediatric Nurse, a Clinical Instructor, and as a Health Coach throughout my nursing career. My husband and I have been blessed with the honor of raising 5 children together, with their ages ranging over a 20 year span. Home is where my heart is. Together we have purchased and sold 9 properties, from single family fixer uppers, building new construction, plus a condo and twin home within a HOA community. Our journey with homeownership began in Baltic, SD than continued thereafter to Salt Lake City, UT, Kansas City, MO, Dakota Dunes, SD, Fishers, IN, Sioux Falls, SD, Brandon, SD and Lake Madison, SD for recreation. I understand first hand all of the hard work, excitement, fears, and pride that encompasses homeownership, plus the stressors of moving, and the risk and rewards to follow.
