Greta May, at Realty Executive Associates, reached out to me as I was looking at the realty’s website. She took the time to listen to what we were looking for. We spent weeks going back and forth on the phone. We made the drive to Tennessee, looked at many houses and land parcels. She showed us exactly what we were looking for. It was a whirlwind weekend! We found a piece of land and we closed on the property on 07/28/2020. Our experience working with her was great! I would highly recommend her!

Greta went above and beyond to help us find the perfect property. We are out of state and she took the time to look at every piece of land we were interested in and gave us immediate feedback. She truly understood our wants and needs and that was reflected in the property she found for us. When we finally arrived to look at what ultimately became ours, she took us around to a few of the neighboring towns to get us acclimated to the area. Greta has become more than just our realtor and she is the kindest, most warm person I’ve met!

She called me a Thursday wanting to show our house on Sunday afternoon, by the end of the day we were under contract and closed 35 days later.
