Gretchen Seager

Lifelong Pasadena resident Gretchen B. Seager found her passion for real estate after spending nine years as a touring musician in the music business. She began her career working alongside her mother, Gretchen M. Seager, whose retirement ended an impressive and highly successful 40-year career in Pasadena real estate.

Today, Gretchen is a top-producing agent in her office who possesses an innate insider’s knowledge of the real estate markets of Pasadena, South Pasadena, San Marino, Altadena, La Canada, San Gabriel, Glendale, Sierra Madre, Eagle Rock, and Highland Park. Gretchen grew up in San Marino and later Pasadena, attending Valentine Elementary, Westridge School for Girls for middle school, and graduating high school from Polytechnic. She received her BA in French literature from UC Berkeley.
