Gretchen Thal

Gretchen is a consistent top-producing agent who has built her business on fundamentals (faith, family & relationships) that she feels have caused her to launch to the top. She became licensed in 1999 & began her real estate career with Laura McCarthy Realtors in Kirkwood, MO. Upon completion of her first year, Gretchen was named "Rookie of the Year." She was a full-time agent for the next six years, followed by working as a sales manager for a residential construction company. Gretchen left the real estate industry to work in Wealth Management of a local bank, assisting their marketing & event planning department with high net-worth clients. In 2016, she returned to the world of real estate as Operations Manager of a local RE/MAX team. After getting reacquainted with residential real estate, Gretchen decided to go out on her own to be an independent full-time agent once again. In late 2021, she joined Coldwell Banker Realty - Gundaker, Chesterfield. She offers servant-leadership both in her business & personal life, which allows her to impact & improve the lives of her clients.
