Born and raised in North Idaho, Gretchen has a passion for this beautiful part of the country! Through traveling and living in other places she has come to realize and appreciate how special North Idaho is and the wonderful quality of life it offers residence in so many ways. A full time Realtor since 2003, working in both California and Idaho, Real Estate has been her career since graduating with a degree in Psychology from the University of Colorado. This Longevity and experience as an agent has allowed Gretchen to fine tune her skills needed for each varying purchase or sale.
