Grettell Delcid helped me with the sale of my house. She did so much work for me. We put the house temporarily out of the market because my tenants did not want to leave. She explained to me I needed to start an eviction process and accompany me to the courthouse to start this process. I felt always supported. She suggested I should of get estimate from different contractor to make the necessary repairs to the house to be able to sell quick and for top dollars. The tenants left, I fixed the house, and we had a successful sell. I received what I was expecting to receive from the sale of the house. I was very happy with Grettell Services. Grettell helped me buy the house of my dreams in a really competitive market. I had called and talked with her briefly about another house in Buckeystown that was coming onto the market, which turned out to be already pending. However, several days later, she called me back about another house in the same area that was just listed that day. I tried to contact the lender I'd already started working with a week before to get pre-approved for a mortgage, but was unable to reach him that day. Grettell called a great lender she works with that evening, who called me back immediately, sent me all the necessary documents to complete, and got me pre-approved by 10 pm that night. I was living out of state at the time, so Grettell made time in her schedule the next day to visit the property and Whatsapp'd me a tour of it. She kept in close communication that whole day to complete and sign all the documents online and we were able to submit an offer by that evening. Due to other offers, we revised ours based on her knowledge of the market in that area, and though it was close, we got the house. Grettell was always willing to help throughout the process in any way she could and did a great job. I highly recommend her as a realtor.
