Griffin Beggin

AJ is serving as Vice President of Brokerage Services. AJ began working in commercial real estate in 2017 as an appraiser for Samuel D. Koon & Associates and has been a licensed sales agent since 2019, initially with Calgary Realty, Ltd. Through both the appraisal and brokerage businesses, AJ has gained experience in several asset classes and has specialized in office/medical office and retail. He has experience in both commercial and residential assets and has completed transactions representing buyers, sellers, tenants, and landlords.

Prior to beginning his real estate career, AJ graduated from The Ohio State University’s Fisher College of Business with a B.S. in Finance. AJ’s graduate work was completed through Ohio Dominican University from which he received his Masters of Business Administration (MBA) in 2021.
