My wife and I worked with Guillermo when looking for our first home. From the very beginning, he was incredibly professional and accommodating in helping us get started as we knew so little.

Guillermo does a great job of taking something big and complicated like home-buying and simplifying it into something you can understand. We learned so much from him during this time. He is incredibly knowledgeable about the interior of the home as well.

We entered the market at a very aggressive time. Everyone was making ludicrously high offers for homes. Guillermo stuck with us and gave us confidence that we could find the right home for the right price with some patience and effort. We greatly appreciated how much he looked out for us to make sure we got into a good situation. I don't think we would've been nearly as successful without him.

If I can Guillermo a 10 star I would! My fiancé and I began looking for a house once approved by our lender. Our lender recommended a realtor which we went with. FYI if youre in that situation just say no , and go with Guillermo instead, you’ll thank yourself later. Once we switch over Guillermo was extremely helpful in understanding the process. He guided us in the right direction every time we needed help. I was able to purchase the home I wanted, with a slight discount , thanks to how he set up our contract with the seller. Guillermo put me in the home I wanted in less then 2 weeks when the other realtor couldn’t do it in 3 months as the market heated up. Go with Guillermo if want the best experience buying a home!

He has his clients best interest at heart. His demeanor , professionalism and knowledge in the industry played a big impact in getting our borrowers Ratified right away. In this market its hard to get your offer accepted. Guillermo was able to get his client’s offer accepted right away and even got an offer below market place. Meaning his clients has no need to pay over market value , he even got the seller to help with closing costs. You don’t see that in today’s market. We love Guillermo! Originally, we tried selling our home ourselves and we found there was an abundance of resources available to do that successfully. But the more we researched and learned, the more questions we had and became very overwhelmed and stressed. Trying to sell our home by ourselves and execute a military move with small kids was not working and we badly needed help. After asking around at our church, we got Guillermo's number and the rest is history. He clearly has a gift for helping others, and it shows in his words and actions. At the time, we came to trust him very soon after meeting because we could tell we had a professional realtor working with us. As an example, it took him less than a day to sort through our months-long "progress" and get us on the path to success. He always had time for questions and was always able to translate what we needed to do, walking with us through selling our first home. Great experience overall, we would definitely work with him again the next time we're stationed in Virginia or DC. Topping off an amazing selling experience, we got lifelong friends out of it! Guillermo is fantastic! While I’ve had the opportunity to work with many Realtors due to the nature of my industry, I can tell you that very few stand out. Guillermo is one of those. He’s patient, knowledgeable, professional, friendly, incredibly responsive (even late 10pm negotiating contracts,) and always has client’s best interests at heart. Not only did he walk my wife and I through buying our first home, but he even stopped by a year later to deliver a custom wood sign as an move in anniversary gift. I mean what agent does that? During the home buying process we were the first to view the house (2 hours after it hit the market) and competitively beat out 8 other offers in the 3 days it remained on the market, even beating out offers higher than ours! Guillermo is by far the best realtor that I have worked with. Selling and buying a home with a specific timeline and requirements is never an easy task, and to add a global pandemic to the equation makes it even more difficult and stressful. However, Guillermo was there to help my family through the entire process every step of the way. From answering all questions that we could possibly have, to using his network to ensure that both the house we were selling and the one we were buying were ready to go at the right time. Mr. Salmon provided to us the most excellent service. I had been looking into purchasing a house for a couple of years, but no other Real Estate agent had taken his/her time to really explain to me how the whole process would be like. No one had ever care before about our financial health and whether it was a good time for us to buy a house. Mr. Salmon showed care, professionalism and a desire to truly help us.

Through out the whole entire process, which for us took over a year, he was cordial, informative, and willing to show us as many homes as possible. He also put us in touch with a great lender who ended up extending to us a great deal.
