Gurdeep gave me all of the information I needed while also empowering me to make my own decisions. Gurdeep Mangat provided exceptional customer service as our agent in the Northern Virginia area. We are a military family attempting to buy a house from across the country, and she immediately put us at ease.  She valued us as if we were family.  She carefully listened to our concerns about a potentially very difficult cross-country move with a very short timeline to find a house.  She quickly focused on areas and properties that ideally reflected our stated interests, contacted us right away, and immediately hit the ground running.  She carefully listed to our demanding standards – we wanted very specific things.  She clearly listened and paid attention, and heard every detail.  She worked tirelessly to find houses that perfectly fit our wish list.

Gurdeep has a keen understanding of the housing market in the DC metro area, and gave us very detailed advice down to the neighborhood level.  She also took the initiative to visit two houses late on a Sunday Afternoon in inclement weather, and Facetime a very thorough review of each property.  She even warned us about a problem in the local area that we needed to be cautious of, that we would never have thought to ask about.  As kind as she was to us, she was a tough negotiator for our best interests.  In every phone call, text message, and e-mail exchange, she was compassionate to our circumstances while maintaining the highest professional standards.  Gurdeep carefully listened to our concerns, and continued to provide excellent service and advice throughout the process.  This is the third home we’ve purchased, and have sold two other houses.

This is the best experience we’ve ever had with an agent. Gurdeep is such a kind and wonderful person.  She is truly exceptional!!!

I highly recommend Gurdeep! She works tirelessly for her clients. We flew in from out of town and only had a couple days to buy. We had a lot of requirements. She prepared a weekend full of showings & was thoughtful in her search. She went out of her way to show us multiple properties and neighborhoods around NOVA. Her knowledge and negotiation skills helped us seal the deal in an area we would never had thought about in a tight market! She goes above and beyond and treats us like family!

We were so lucky to have found Gurdeep. She was extremely motivated in helping my wife and I find the right home. She made sure to completely understand what we were looking for in a home. Gurdeep was very organized, proactive, punctual and experienced - all qualities that we were searching for in an agent. Gurdeep is simply amazing! I will not work with another agent to buy or sell my homes. She is an expert negotiator and aggressively works on behalf of her client’s interests.
