About Gurdeep
Paul Walia started his journey in Real Estate in 2018 and was quickly recruited by the NorCal Vineyards Sales Team, one of the biggest winery and vineyard selling teams in the North Coast of California. In 2 years, Paul has accumulated over 10 million in sales volume selling winery, vineyard, residential, and commercial properties.
Paul has a degree in Accounting from San Jose State University and a background in retail business management. His skills include financial analytics, conscientious negotiation, clear communication, and detailed problem-solving.
At the age of 8, Paul moved from India to California with his family. Growing up in both India and the U.S has allowed him to learn two languages, English and Punjabi, as well as understand cultural diversity. When Paul first started in the Real Estate industry, he quickly learned that his diverse background and modern education has allowed him to make deep connections with a variety of clients. He has worked with various clients ranging from tech entrepreneurs in Silicon Valley to grape farmers. Paul approaches his real estate business and life with the following mindset “To get what you want, you need to deserve what you want,” and continues to deserve his accomplishments in the Real Estate industry.
