Gus outlined every step of the home selling process and was very patient with all the concerns of the other co-owners of the property sold.
He definitely had to work 3X as hard dealing with three separate co- owners that did not always agree.

I originally met Gustavo when I purchased my home in Southern California in 2015 and realized immediately what a dedicated and hard working agent he was. He attended to everything I needed and listened to every detail of what was important to me and got me into the most amazing home. Fast forward to 2022 when a change in my position led to a relocation, Gustavo was rigtht there on top of things again. If you are in the market for a really great Real Estate Agent my wife and I highly recommend Gustavo Cardenas of Berkshire Hathaway Home Services. He is a true professional. He and his lovely wife, Denise, were instrumental in helping us stage our home for a photo shoot. These photographs were used in the Berkshire Hathaway Listing flyer showing the various assets and special features of our home. Needless to say, without their assistance we would never have attained the professionalism that was so beautifully featured in the flyer. Gustavo held Open Houses and was in attendance to answer questions potential buyers might have. Summing up Gustavo is efficient, consistent, considerate and most importantly, he sold our home in a very short period of time.
