If I could give 10 stars I would!!! After being stood up by a well known Chicago office who had me scheduled for 5 showings in Berwyn, I was standing outside the property which I thought could be "the one" feeling super disappointed. I called all over town to find a different realtor desperate. Gustavo answered my call on the third ring. Not his office, him. He had Oscar Vargas from his office at the house I was interested in within 15 minutes. Oscar contacted all of the sellers who I was already scheduled with to try to follow the agenda made by the prior realtor who stood me up. Oscar listened to my wish list during the tour of the first home and a new listing popped up while we were there. Oscar had us scheduled to see it within an hour of it going on the market. I saw it and fell in love. I was then under contract to purchase the home the same day. Everything after that was smooth sailing. We had a quick and seamless closing. I live in that home now and I love it!!!! I cannot rave enough about this realtor!! I now consider these people close friends, if not family, and will forever be grateful to them!!! Choose this realtor. You will not be sorry!!!!

I am selling my house and buying a new home.
For buying our new home, Gustavo is very professional and is always on time with our appointments and he explains the pluses and minuses of a given house based on his extensive construction knowledge and background.
Gustavo is very patient and answered my questions in details in person and or through messages or emails.
My wife and myself felt very comfortable talking to him and trusted his guidance.

Gustavo Vargas as been very wonderful to work with. For first time home buyers, it is stressful to figure out what you want. Gustavo has been patient with helping me and my girlfriend to find a house. He has worked with our schedules and has agreed to show us any houses we wanted to see. He really does take the time to find out what you are looking for and takes notes of what you do and don't like in the houses you see.
Gustavo has been very responsive to our text messages and phone calls. He gives guidance if you are feeling a little lost in the buying process.
Overall, buying my first house wasn't as stressful as people made it out to be and I believe that was because Gustavo did a great job.
