Guy Chanda

Guy Chanda is a Broker who specializes in residential, commercial real estate sales and leasing. Guy grew up in the Cupertino, California as the youngest of 7 children. He is an avid soccer player, cyclist and hiker. After finishing his B.S. Finance at San Diego State University, he worked for a Fortune 200 company before leaving for Spain where he worked with Multinational companies preparing their seminars for the United States. During this time, he was able to finish his Masters in Intentional Commerce at ISEAD of Spain. While living in Spain he met his lovely wife and after many years abroad they decided to move to Aptos, California, accepting a job offer to teach mathematics at Willow Glen High School in San Jose. After obtaining his Single Subject Credential at San Jose State University Guy taught Math for over 10 years. Clients choose to work with Guy for his full-service nature, his ethics, communication skills, experience, expertise and knowledge. Guy has been very successful with understanding his buyer's or seller's needs and always gives straight-forward advice for the most informed decisions. Guy and his wife Jamile of Spain have lived in Aptos since 1998 where they currently reside with their two daughters. After 17 years as a real estate agent and broker Guy partnered with colleague Darryl Kenyon, who shares his ethical philosophy to always ensure clients are receiving the best advice for their dream decision. Guy is fluent in Spanish.
