Guy has lived in the Inland Northwest for the past 30 years! His 20 years in the construction, contracting and supervision has given him an exellent background and knowledge on home structures and all aspects of the building and housing industry.
His Real Estate education includes completion of Appraisal School, Courses in the Fundamentals of Real Estate, Real Estate Law, Buiness Management, Broker Management, (GRI)Graduate of Real Estate Institute, VA& HUD Training, Real Estate Finance, Ethics and Fair Housing seminars, (ABR)Acredited Buyers Reprentation ,Asset Management and in 2006 his (SRES)Senior RE Specialist Designation.
Currently he is an active member of the Spokane Board of Realtors, Communication/Member Srevice Committee, Coeur d' Alene and Spokane Multiple Listing Services, Washington and Idaho Association of Realtors , the National Association of Realtors and more recently a full time member of the Commercial Brokers Association. Has Previously served as Director & Membership Chairman of the Independent Brokers Association and has earned the coveted Million Dollar Award for Excellence in Real Estate Sales numerous times.
