About Guy Shipley

Upon bringing his family on vacation to Florida in 1983, Guy and his wife intuitively knew that Florida was their destiny. They went home to Illinois, sold their current residence, and returned to the sunshine state that very year. He got his residential builder license in 1985 and founded a furniture & interior design firm in 1993. After 17 successful years he turned his attention to real estate in 2009 where his passion for the industry reigns.

“As an avid boater, I am fortunate to live the past eighteen amazing years on the Harris Chain of Lakes in Central Florida where a lakefront lifestyle is enjoyed year around.
