I’m proud to say that, in my decades in real estate, I’ve helped literally thousands of people in Southeast Michigan buy homes, sell homes, and figured out ways to help them realize dreams they never thought attainable. I’m also very proud to say that, since my career began, I’ve grown in experience and knowledge to the point where I’m in the position to help other agents by traveling the country speaking on panels and teaching others how to do it better (there are few things as rewarding!). Of course, I’ve also earned lots of awards, certifications, and initials behind my name, but here’s what I know is important to YOU:
I tell the truth. I communicate clearly without any jargon nonsense. I don’t accept mediocrity. Ever. I hold myself to the highest of standards. My business is about YOU, not me or my team. I do not try to impress clients by presenting a price that I know is unattainable in order to win your listing, only to ask for reductions later. That kind of practice is for amateurs.
Some other things you should know? I’m a certified luxury marketing expert, with experience to back that up. I’m also certified in negotiations, and a fully accredited home stager (Accredited Staging Professional), so when you list your home with The Integrity Team, you can be sure we’ll have it looking its best. I know the secret to making buyers clamor over your home, that’s why our homes sell for more money and shorter market times. Oh, and don’t let the term “staging” put you off. I’m not talking about spending big money renting rooms of furniture, although that is an option; I am trained to repurpose what you already have in ways that transform your home and flatter its features.
