I consider Gwen Kelley at Advantage Realty the ultimate professional. We found a listing in a real estate book and called. Gwen responded, a blessing for me. Through the negotiations, then having to reschedule the closing due to coming down with covid, and then the mix up with the 2 deeds ( not Gwen's doing) she remained very calm and she had a calming effect on me.
