Gwen’s the best!! She’s smart, savvy and knowledgeable in all aspects of real estate. She has provided us exceptional customer service that extended beyond our expectations.

We were looking to move from Naperville, Illinois to Emporia when we contacted her. Before we had a chance to put our own house on the market she had found the ideal property for us, helped us negotiate the winning offer over three other contenders, assisted with bridge financing while we waited for our house to sell, and then looked after the Emporia property during the interim three months it took for us to make the move.

Now that we’re settled in our new home she remains an invaluable source of information regarding Emporia service providers and other resources that have made our transition to Emporia a smooth one. We recommend her hands down!

I cannot recommend her highly enough. We moved to town on very short notice and her office even helped us find a place to rent while we were house hunting and waiting for our closing day.
