Gwendolyn Breault

Gwen has been successfully marketing homes and other properties since 1974 when she obtained her real estate license and moved to Midland. Gwen has been a Realtor with the Midland Board of Realtors for over 25 years. Her consistently outstanding performance has earned her numerous sales awards, including the Board of Realtors' "Star Award", and "Sales Achievement Award", which represents sales in the top 10% of Realtors in Midland. Gwen offers a broad base of knowledge in all aspects of real estate and is committed to providing her clients and customers with the most up-to-date information and developments in the real estate field. As a result, continuing education is a priority with Gwen, and she earned her GRI (Graduate, Realtors Institute) designation in 1979 as well as her CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) designation in 1992. The CRS is the highest credential awarded to sales associates in the residential sales field and recognizes professional accomplishments in both experience and education. Only 3% of the country's Realtors have earned the prestigious CRS designation. In addition, she has successfully completed courses in commercial and investment real estate, real estate law and many other educational seminars. Her professional memberships include the Midland Board of Realtors along with the Michigan Association of Realtors and National Association of Realtors.
