Gwendolyn Parker

Gwendolyn Parker is a multi-award winning Licensed Real Estate professional with over 25 years of experience helping families achieve economic and financial success. A public servant and proud mother of two, to Jasmine and Julian, as well as a beloved family member and mentor to many. Gwendolyn holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Sociology and Human Services from Henderson State University and also began pre-licensure studies in Family Therapy. She obtained her Real Estate License from the Broadway School of Real Estate in 20xx and is currently licensed in the States of Arkansas and Georgia.

Through her years of work as a public servant with the Arkansas Department of Human Services, Gwendolyn has helped many families achieve a better quality of life. She served on the National Committee for Dual Home Study for Adoption and Foster Homes in 2007 which led to the revision of the adoption legislation in all 50 States. She helped lead a Corporate Real Estate Team of 28 Realtors with gross profits of an average of 32% through a great amount of training and coaching. Gwendolyn has an extensive history of broker management & leadership, consulting clients with real estate acquisitions, and asset reposition and disposition. Her specific areas of expertise include Brokering Management, New Construction Training, Listings, and Investment.

Within the last 18 years, Gwendolyn laser focused her passion for Real Estate and in 2009, became the founder and CEO of NewG, Inc. She then launched and became the owner of NewG III Realty in 2018. Having assisted many families achieve home ownership in Central Arkansas as a licensed Realtor and Broker, Gwendolyn is also an active member in the Real Estate industry and serves as a member of many organizations and committees. These include The National Realtors Association, Arkansas Realtors Association, Arkansas Association Realtist, Arkansas Realtor Diversity Committee, and the North Pulaski and Georgia Realtor Association. Gwendolyn was awarded the Diamond Award for Excellence by the North Pulaski Board of Realtors for her record sales. She was awarded the Award for Excellence – Double Diamond Level for total gross closed transaction of $14 Million plus in one year. She is a member of the National Association of Women University and the Little Rock Junior League.

In her free time, Gwendolyn enjoys traveling, cooking delicious meals for her friends and family, and mentoring.
