Gwyn Monnat

Gwyn Monnat has lived in the area all his life. A graduate of Beaver River Central School and the State University of NY at Potsdam, he is a U.S. Air Force Veteran. He has been an active member of the Carthage Elks for 5 years and the American Legion for nearly 15 years. He is an avid hunter and outdoorsman, belonging to the Walalula Buck Club in the town of Croghan for over 10 years. He is married to the former Karalyn Rushlow of Carthage. Both are new parents to a son, Killian Gary, born in April. His family resides in Carthage.
