Got assigned to Chris and Julie after “just looking” on Zillow for a place. I was hesitant to begin the search process but took a leap of faith. Man am I glad I did. Chris made me feel so comfortable in my first tour. He helped me understand the process I would be embarking on, but was never pushy. He made me feel comfortable and was always available for questions (especially given that I am a first-time home buyer). They were patient with me and were in no rush to force me into a situation I wasn’t comfortable in. They were flexible with my work schedule, helping with late tours and meetings. The entire process was impressively smooth and they connected me with the right people to help me along the process. I really appreciate Chris, Julie and their team for their attention and guidance. I would recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat!

We could not have been happier with our experience with Chris and Julie and the whole Hartsfield team. As first time home buyers, we weren't exactly sure what we were looking for in the market. We found Chris when we first checked out a new-build home, moved onto fixer uppers, and eventually landed at our dream home in Littleton. With how quickly houses were going in the market, Chris and his team were always available to see a house as soon as we were available. They were never pushy, yet always confident in their advice and always made us feel good about every major decision we made. When we finally found our perfect home, we had a quick close around the holidays and Chris and Julie were there for us every step of the way, always available for calls and text when we had questions. We were introduced to Julie & Chris quite randomly, when we called on a Zillow listing while my husband was visiting on a quick trip from out of state. Julie arranged a showing quickly and Chris patiently went from room to room, opening every closet and cupboard, while my husband had me on Facetime. We loved the home, put in an offer, and ultimately did not get the home. Julie and Chris were prepared. They sent us a wide variety of listings ahead of our return visit 4 weeks later. We met in their office to review our likes and to pare down our list of potential homes. Julie and Chris are extremely knowledgeable about the housing market and the area. Julie packed in multiple showings, each of the days we were available, and Chris travelled near and far with us, offering his advice. We settled on a home and our offer was accepted. Julie and Chris guided us through the closing process. They offered revision suggestions to the contract, referred us to insurance agents, home inspectors, contractors and even an arborist. We closed on our new home in under 3 weeks, from out of state. Julie and Chris absolutely have this process down to a science. It was smooth, easy, and flawless. They are kind, considerate and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend them to everyone interested in finding their dream home in an anxiety free process. Great job Julie and Chris! I am so grateful for this team of agents. From Julie’s initial callback from the realtor.com link on a home I liked. To Chris taking me through some pretty interesting places and thoroughly outlining the ups/downs, ins/outs and of course pluses/minuses of each place. And Alex who showed me places all over the north side of Denver, including my place in Greeley. This team helped me check out places in Castle Rock, Southglenn, Littleton, Highlands Ranch, Westminster, Commerce City, and Greeley.

The communication from each team member and throughout the team was outstanding. When Chris and Julie started out they worked with the sellers agent and my mortgage company hourly staying on top of my offers and kept me posted as to where I stood and what I could do to make a move. They did what I asked and when I said I was done it was done and we moved on. The same service, as I came to expect, was provided when Alex took over. Alex took the ball and rolled with it. He stayed in communication and worked with Julie and my mortgage agent when needed to finally get my place.

I can’t thank this team of experts enough for their thorough job from start to finish. Overall the process of looking and closing took 44 days. I’m extremely pleased with this as I was certain I was never going to find a place in the short amount of time I had before my apartment lease was up. I’d highly recommend the Hartsfield team!

I have been living in Pennsylvania area and wanted to move closer to family in the Denver area . I wanted a family oriented real estate agent for a more personal search. I found Julie and Chris on line. I talked to Julie immediately and we started my search for my new condo. Julie kept within my price range and was graciously spot on with all my many questions. I was able to travel to Denver to meet Julie . That year of March 2020 I found my little place. During covid, Julie kept within all the guidelines. I moved into my place in May of covid.
A year and a half later, I again contacted Julie to again move closer to family. She was right on it with my showings and selling my old condo.
I was lucky to find my forever home in Castle Rock. The real estate team at H & H real estate were there to meet all of my questions and concerns.
Julie also sold my home within a few days. There communication with you is very prompt. I give them a five star rating. Thank you Julie and Chris.

The Hartsfield Team worked with me for over a year. It is a very competitive market and whenever I saw a new listing come up, they were on top of it getting a viewing scheduled. Researching comparable sales, etc. I never felt like I was a burden because of how many places or how long it took. The team is excellent to work with.

I cannot say enough about Chris and Julie and how terrific they were in helping me purchase my 1st home. They were so patient, thorough, and supportive through the whole home buying process from start to finish. In a difficult market, it took me some time to find a home that I liked and could afford. Chris and Julie were genuinely thrilled for me when I found my new house and never once put any pressure on me. They have gone above and beyond in their efforts to make sure I am happy and satisfied with my new home including giving me some great recommendations for contractors and painters. This was the fourth house I've purchased and never have had agents that even close to these guys. They were helpful and responsive. I was a position losing my lease and I had to buy in a short time frame. If there was house I wanted to look at they would immediately schedule an appointment for that day or the next day . After looking they would send me comps within a couple hours.

As buyers agents they coached me through the bidding process (a really big deal in this market) , found experts to resolve inspection issues which, given the short time frame this was nothing short of amazing.

From the day I started looking to to the day I closed was 4.5 weeks. No way could I have done this without them I really can't say enough good things.

Chris and Julie Hartsfield, H&H Family Real Estate, are an amazing team. Due to family circumstances we were unfortunately forced to sell our “forever home.” We interviewed two local realtors and, although they seemed competent, we felt that there was something missing. Luckily, through a family member who works in real estate, we were directed to H&H Realty due to their excellent reputation in the industry. Best advice ever! Chris, Julie and their team were amazing. We received two offers over asking, and all within days of one another. The sale was effortless due to their diligence and hard work. They were with us every step of the way from beginning to end. No question that we had was too big, or too small. I cannot say enough about how hard working and professional this team is, and might I add, had we gone with one of the other two realtors that we interviewed we would have left $300,000 on the table.

Chris was an amazing realtor for our purchase of our new home. He was always responsive and willing to communicate with our needs, issues, and concerns. He was very organized and kept the search to our exact "wants" for a home. He was always willing to discuss some of the issues we were having with the market. Also, Chris was willing to meet during my availability which can be difficult due to my military schedule.
