We sold a home and bought another through Haifa. Our experience when selling with Haifa was amazing-- she handled everything from A to Z even when we were in a different state and unable to attend to the home, answering all messages quickly as well! We were selling when the market went bad yet she still helped us sell for top dollar. Closing was very smooth. When we come back to purchase another home we went to her without any hesitation. She truly did an amazing job, as usual, more than we expected! She covered and explained every single thing and took care of all details. Haifa made us feel like family. What an amazing realtor. Haifa goes above and beyond anything I ever expected from a realtor. Meeting with potential buyers while I was away and taking care of the C of O for the city are just a couple of things she tackles with no hesitation. She consistently communicated with me thru the selling process and closing details. I learned so much and appreciate her integrity and honesty at all times. I feel like I made a life long friend. Even after the sale she consistently checks on me to ask how I am doing. She is one of the kindest caring people I have ever met. I felt as if I have always known her. I will say if you ever need a realtor just have a conversation with her. I promise you will never work with another realtor.
