Haifa helped me with both buying and selling, and was outstanding. For this first timer, she explained things so well and I always felt very informed as well as heard. She even kept in touch during the quieter parts of the process just to remind me that she was on top of things. We first met Haifa when we first starting to go to open houses. She was the agent showing the house. We were impressed with her enthusiasm at pointing out the features of the house and listening to our needs. Later we chose her as our agent to buy a house. Even though Haifa seemed busy, she was always organized, and made us feel welcomed to talk anytime during the process. She always prioritized showing us houses that fit our budget and needs. Buying a house can take time and is stressful, but Haifa made us feel supported the whole time.
