Hal Logsdon

Hal’s philosophy: Listening is more important than talking. Born in Corpus Christi and raised in Houston and Austin, he is a graduate of UNT Denton, Texas with a B.A. in Political Science. Hal has a strong work ethic, a long track record of satisfied clients and is fully engaged in the process from start to closing and beyond. Hal has a particular passion for assisting seniors and their families. Before entering Real Estate in 2008, Hal spent 15 years as a highly regarded mortgage banker, most recently as a private mortgage banker and underwriter with Wells Fargo. His residential lending background, in particular, has been of great value to his clients by providing them a broad knowledge of the real estate experience. “I believe my most solemn duty as a real estate broker is to help my buyers invest wisely, and for my sellers, to ensure they are selling at the best possible terms.” Prior to relocating to Santa Fe and joining Santa Fe Properties, Hal was a licensed Real Estate agent in Northern Virginia and Washington, D.C. When not serving the needs of his clients, Hal gives back to his community as a weekly volunteer with Kitchen Angels. He is dedicated to quality time with family and friends and loves spending time with his two rescue dogs, Claire, and Rowdy, hiking and enjoying the great Santa Fe outdoors.
