Haley and I actually go back almost a decade, which is difficult to think about how quickly time flies... but it is the truth. Haley has always been wonderful and has worked with me quite a few times helping me get tenants in my rental property in Logan Twp.

Working in Healthcare (especially during COVID-19) my investment property was the last thing on my mind. Until I recently received a call from Haley.
Her massive professional/client network that she has worked extremely hard to build, is one of the reasons she is the best at what she does. I believe networking comes easy to Haley because despite all of her success, she remains a down to earth person.

She said, "Kev, it's TIME to SELL. You currently are looking for tenants, but I know you do not want to rent anymore. I have the perfect client that is downsizing and is in love with your home. What do you say, you want to make this happen?" I was IMMEDIATLY on board. Her energy is contagious.

If it was anyone else but Haley, I don't believe I would have gone through with the process due to being so busy in my personal and professional life. However, since I know Haley's track record, I replied "let's meet up at the property and sign these papers tomorrow morning."..... That IS in fact what we did.

I explained due to the demanding nature of my career, I did not have the time to deal with the coordination of anything related to the sale. Haley and her lovely assistant Kelley took the reigns and put in an INCREDABLE amount of work to make the sale of my house happen, without ever bothering me with unnecessary questions or decision making. I made Haley aware of my expectations, and she never once did disappoint.

Haley and I are what most people would probably describe as high energy, ambitious, strong personalities. :) However, we had a common goal - get this house sold!!! So of course it is always a breeze working with her and her team.

It was actually difficult for me to step back and let Haley and her team handle everything as I am used to being in charge in my profession and personal life- but I am so glad I did!!

I could go on for much longer. However, I think what I need to end with is simply... call Haley and her team first!

Haley's Homes = RESULTS AND GETTING THE DEAL DONE, WITH HER AND HER TEAM SUPPORTING YOU EVERY STEP OF THE WAY !

My husband and I would highly recommend Haley, Kelly and the team for your next home sale and purchase. We went into these uncharted COVID-19 waters while selling and they definitely made the process less stressful.
